What these terms cover
They govern the use of the software-as-a-service platform Adriatic Works and its modules – HR management, fleet management, document management and assistance functions. Contracting parties are exclusively businesses, legal entities under public law and special funds under public law.
Adriatic Soul programmes
The reset programmes and coaching offers of Adriatic Soul are sold via Digistore24 . That is where the purchase contract is concluded, and the terms of Digistore24 apply, including the right of withdrawal granted there. The terms linked above do not apply to these programmes.
